Knighted Ventures is a diversified entertainment, gaming and real estate investment company. We combine seed financing with our seasoned management team to develop and grow opportunities in a wide variety of industry segments, including film/music development and production, new media, and gaming industry financing for casino related businesses.

  • Gaming

    Knighted Ventures provides the California Card Room industry’s premiere third-party proposition player services.  Knighted’s recruiting process, training programs and compensation packages are known as the most rigorous and robust in the industry; as a result we are able to attract only the highest caliber of gaming associates – associates who execute nothing but the most diligent, most responsible and most productive casino banking services available.

    With industry experience spanning over 11 years, our management team has overseen banking services and grown casino revenues at the largest card clubs in the state.  Our belief in industry best practices, impeccable customer service, and efficient banking protocol is evidenced in all that we do – from our cutting edge recruitment and aptitude tests, to our recurring customer service and speed improvement training sessions, to the constant feedback loops we pursue from the floor to management – it’s our mission to grow casino revenues and create an environment of excellence for both our clients and those that may aspire to join our ranks.

  • Entertainment

    Knighted develops, produces and finances genre films primarily intended for youth audiences (ages 13-30). Focusing on thrillers, comedies and action films in the $5-30 million budget range, Knighted seeks to create franchise film properties that will generate derivative content across multiple platforms and media.

    Knighted also invests in foreign territories film distribution, primarily in the South Korean market, for both independent and studio films.  Our focus includes action/suspense/thrillers, horror and some dramatic (“smart house”) films.  All of our projects are united in the belief that substance should come before style.

    Knighted does not accept unsolicited material.  Projects may be submitted by talent agencies, producers, managers or attorneys. We will consider projects in development, in production, or completed and seeking distribution.

  • Real Estate

    Knighted Ventures invests in all types of real estate including homes, condominiums, residential apartments, commercial office, warehouse and industrial buildings, land, and retail shopping centers. Knighted Ventures seeks in-fill, supply-constrained markets with high barriers-to-entry in the greater Los Angeles area. Our goal is to enhance our properties by creating quality, sustainable environments for people to live, work, shop, and relax.  We pursue quality investment returns by focusing on asset strategies that create value through asset management, development, repositioning, and property enhancement. Our overall strategy is to acquire and develop assets with a strong intrinsic value and a clear opportunity for long-term fundamental growth.

Our Focus

We typically look to make initial investments greater than $1 million and work closely with our investees to help them achieve their goals, seeking both active management and governance roles where appropriate.

We look for fragmented, niche and growing industries, including commercial and consumer services companies; well defined opportunities for growth and value creation; minimal exposure to risk from technological obsolescence, regulatory shifts and environmental liabilities.

We look for projects and companies aligned with our mission of empowering people through entertainment. We seek for-profit projects and companies, and nonprofit organizations that use innovative, market-based approaches.


Impact

We identify projects and organizations that intend to develop new markets or industries, alter public perception, or demonstrate the power of entertainment to create social and financial returns.

Potential for Scale

We look for partners, projects and organizations with significant growth potential, with the ability to scale operations and develop new markets.

We invest in management and creative teams with a proven track record in their field of operation and an ability to articulate a clear vision and strategy, reinforced by a viable business plan.
